NO RETURNS. Conveyor belt is an industrial bulk product. All sales are final. We do not offer a 30-day return window, restocking returns, or refunds for change of mind, project cancellation, or suitability disputes.
This Sales & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases through https://ezaconveyor.com and related EZA Conveyor / EZA Conveyor Sales LLC sales channels (the “Site”). By placing an order, converting a quote to a sale, or completing checkout, you agree to this Policy.
Important: This Policy is a commercial sales term, not legal advice. Where non-waivable law conflicts with this Policy, that law controls only to the limited extent required.
1. Final sale — no returns or refunds
All belts and related goods sold by EZA — whether used, repurposable, surplus, or new — are sold as final sale.
- No returns, exchanges, refunds, credits, or restocking through EZA after an order is confirmed or shipped.
- We do not offer 30-day returns or any general return period.
- Industrial bulk belt cannot realistically be returned once shipped or allocated to your order.
2. Used, repurposable, and surplus belt — sold “AS IS”
All used, repurposable, remanufactured, surplus, remnant, and similar non-new conveyor belt and related used goods are sold AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
- Used belt may have wear, damage, contamination, dimensional variation, splice/repair history, unknown prior duty, or other defects (visible or latent).
- You are solely responsible for inspection, suitability, installation, and safe use.
3. New belt — wear item; manufacturer warranty only (still no returns through EZA)
New conveyor belts and related new wear components are wear items. EZA Conveyor / EZA Conveyor Sales LLC does not provide its own product warranty beyond any express written manufacturer’s warranty (if any) that is transferable and applicable to the specific product sold.
- Manufacturer warranty claims, if any, run solely through the manufacturer under that manufacturer’s terms.
- Manufacturer coverage does not create a right to return or restock the belt through EZA.
- Wear, normal use, abrasion, cutting, impact, chemical attack, heat, improper installation, improper splicing, misuse, or unsuitable application are not covered by EZA.
- Except for any applicable manufacturer warranty and non-waivable legal rights, new goods are otherwise sold AS IS.
4. Quotes and special orders
- Special orders and specially procured goods (including any non-stock or vendor-sourced rolls) are final sale once procurement or allocation has begun. Rolls are sold in full listed lengths — we do not cut to custom length.
- Freight and third-party carrier charges are generally non-refundable once incurred.
- Errors in buyer-provided dimensions or duty descriptions are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Damaged-in-transit or wrong-item (fulfillment errors only)
This section is not a return program. It applies only if a shipment arrives with obvious carrier damage or we shipped a clearly wrong SKU versus your confirmed order:
- Note damage on the delivery receipt where possible;
- Photograph packaging, labels, and product; and
- Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Remedies, if any, are limited to (at our option) replacement of the confirmed item or refund of the product price actually paid for that wrong/damaged item, less non-refundable freight unless we agree otherwise. This does not create a general right of return.
6. Change of mind / suitability
We do not accept returns for change of mind, project cancellation, buyer’s remorse, or discovery that the product is unsuitable for your intended use, except where required by non-waivable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZA Conveyor / EZA Conveyor Sales LLC and its owners, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, downtime, or production loss. Total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that product.
